Carol Morgan is a passionate advocate for change and a fierce leader who guides businesses to go above and beyond the norm. It is one of Carol’s core beliefs that people should and can positively influence their environment.
Throughout her 30+ year career, Carol has transitioned from leading teams, creating and implementing strategic initiatives, overhauling archaic systems and managing large-scale, organisational change management projects in both private and government sectors. She is now the CEO of Cosmetic Skin Therapies (CST), where she’s forging a new way forward for Registered Nurses, Beauty and Business professionals to be the masters of their own destinies and determining their own financial and lifestyle goals.
Carol and her business partners challenged the status quo and identified an opportunity in the facial aesthetics/cosmetic injectables industry. An opportunity from which Cosmetic Skin Therapies was born, which has created a very different, equitable and successful franchise system for the Medical, Beauty, Business sectors.
Over the last five years, Carol has continued to build for the future, extending her vitality and enthusiasm to all business areas within the organisation. With a natural ability to work both strategically and at grassroots (rolling up her sleeves and pitching in), Carol has built a healthy and robust foundation to ensure Cosmetic Skin Therapies’ continued growth as a national facial aesthetics franchise.
At the heart of all success is relationships and fundamental to Carol’s success is her authentic, enthusiastic and genuine approach to dealing with people and her firm belief that everyone should be treated fairly. Her belief in CST’s vision, her enthusiasm and insight, coupled with her warm, supportive personality and cheeky sense of humour, has allowed her to build a strong team, equally committed to CST’s vision.
As a qualified therapist, Carol recognises that changing gears in her daily life allows her to recharge and better juggle her business and personal life demands. In her spare time, if Carol isn’t running a home-based counselling practice, you’ll find her enjoying time practicing yoga, meditation and swimming laps and having precious time with loved ones.
